About Me

Meet Dr. Oby Chiapa, a podcaster who believes that there are not enough stories about failures, which results in people not being encouraged to start or sustain new things. Oby's mission is to humanize success by sharing authentic stories of people actively working on their goals. In June 2020, she launched a podcast called "On the Matterr," where she interviews people who have experienced failures and setbacks but have persevered to achieve their goals. Oby's hope is that by providing a platform for people to hear real stories in real-time, more people will be inspired to pick up their own "Matterr" and pursue it. As a podcaster, Oby understands the importance of sharing authentic content before thinking about monetizing her show. She believes that podcasting is a great way to share stories and ideas with the world.
